摘要
数值模拟与物理模型相结合的方法已被广泛应用于研究物体受力、变形及破坏等方面。以实验仪器受力工作台为研究对象,利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS建立工作台模型,详细介绍几何建模、网格划分等前处理过程,模拟不同受力情况下工作台模型在不同网格密度下的应力变化和变形情况,对工作台模型进行数值模拟分析,指出有限元分析中的应力奇异问题,并给出相应措施。
With the rapid development of computer software and algorithms,the method of combining numerical simulation and physical model has been widely used to study the force,deformation and destruction of objects.In his paper,the stress workbench of the experimental instrument is taken as the research object,and the workbench model is established by using the large-scale general finite element software ANSYS.The pre-processing steps such as geometric modeling and meshing are introduced in detail.The stress changes and deformation of the workbench model under different stress conditions and different mesh densities are simulated,and the workbench model is numerically simulated and analyzed.The stress singularity problem in the finite element analysis is pointed out,and the corresponding measures are given.
