摘要目的:探讨阿立哌唑和奥氮平治疗老年痴呆精神行为症状的临床效果与安全性。方法:选取2018年2月-2020年2月本院收治的老年痴呆精神行为症状患者74例。将患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组37例。对照组给予奥氮平,研究组给予阿立哌唑。比较两组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况,比较两组治疗前后MMSE、ADL评分。结果:两组临床总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前和治疗1个月后,两组MMSE、ADL评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,两组MMSE、ADL评分均优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为16.22%,低于对照组的45.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年痴呆精神行为症状患者采取阿立哌唑和奥氮平治疗均有显著效果,能够对患者认知和日常生活能力起到改善作用,但阿立哌唑治疗患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,应推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Aripiprazole and Olanzapine in the treatment of psychiatric and behavioral symptoms of senile dementia.Method:A total of 74 patients with psychiatric and behavioral symptoms of senile dementia admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,37 cases in each group.The control group was given Olanzapine,the study group was given Aripiprazole.Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups,MMSE and ADL scores before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:Comparison of the total clinical effective rate between two groups,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Comparison of MMSE and ADL scores between two groups before treatment and 1 month after treatment,there were no statistical significance (P>0.05).1 month after treatment,the MMSE and ADL scores of two groups were better than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 16.22%,which was lower than 45.95% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Both Aripiprazole and Olanzapine have significant effects on patients with psychiatric and behavioral symptoms of senile dementia,and can improve patients’ cognition and daily living ability,but the incidence of adverse reactions in patients treated with Aripiprazole is lower than that in patients treated with Olanzapine,so it should be promoted and applied.
