摘要
目的:分析康复治疗阿尔茨海默病患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年1月-2022年6月苏州苏高新怡养通安护理院收治的阿尔茨海默病患者66例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各33例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合康复治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、精神状态[简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)]、日常生活能力[日常生活能力量表(ADL)]。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者MMSE、ADL评分均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复治疗阿尔茨海默病患者临床疗效较高,可改善患者精神状态,提高日常生活能力。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of rehabilitation on patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods:Sixty-six patients with Alzheimer's disease admitted to Sugaoxin Yiyang Tong'an Nursing Home from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,and the study group was combined with rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,mental state[MMSE]and daily living ability[ADL]of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,MMSE and ADL scores in 2 groups were increased,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation treatment of Alzheimer's disease patients with high clinical efficacy,can improve the mental state of patients,improve the ability of daily life.
