摘要
加强党内监督是中国共产党深入推进自我革命的有效举措,贯穿于党领导中国革命、建设和改革的百年历程,经历了新民主主义革命时期的初创奠基、社会主义革命和建设时期的探索发展、改革开放新时期的重构变革以及新时代以来的历史性跃迁四个阶段。党内监督的百年历程,始终坚持人民立场,不断推进党内监督的科学化、法治化、体系化,展现了以马克思主义为指导思想、以实现民族复兴为价值旨归、以民主集中制为核心原则、以增强纪检机关独立性和权威性为改革关键途径的经验启示。
The CPC Inner-Party Supervision is an effective measure for the CPC to further promote its own revolution.Its construction has run through the entire 100-year history of the Chinese revolution,construction and reform under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.It has experienced four stages:the initial stage in the new democratic revolution period,the exploration and development stage in socialist revolution and construction period,the reconstruction stage of reform and opening-up period and the historical development stage of the new era.During the 100-year construction of the CPC Inner-Party Supervision,people are always taken as the center,legalization and systematization of management are promoted,and Marxism is embodied as the guiding ideology,the realization of national rejuvenation is taken as the value goal,democratic centralism is taken as the core principle,and the independence and authority of discipline inspection organs are enhanced as the key way of reform.
