高扭转子的全共轭轮廓构造及其流量脉动式 被引量:2

摘要 为高效实现转子泵的轻量化与低流量脉动性能。首先,提出了一种具有高形状系数的三扭叶转子及其全共轭的端面轮廓构造;然后,以其对应的直叶无量纲理论流量为被积函数,积分出扭叶无量纲理论流量及其脉动的精确公式;最后,由渐开线、圆弧、摆线转子例的脉动分析,得出扭叶流量脉动的通用简约公式。结果表明,以瞬径代表转子端面轮廓的曲线类型及其全共轭构造,涵盖了各种可能的构造形式,通用性好,无量纲理论流量的推导过程简单可靠;扭叶脉动系数与扭叶角具有近似的负线性规律,可简约为直叶脉动系数的线性计算,仅为扭叶角、轮廓系数、形状系数的函数;转子轮廓的曲线类型对脉动系数的影响很小,影响系数统一取1.05的误差不超过3%;三扭叶和60°扭叶角为无理论流量脉动的最佳轮廓构造;端面轮廓的全共轭构造能有效降低转子副共轭区域内的泄漏等。成果为高扭转子泵的进一步轻量化开发提供了依据。 To efficiently realize lightweight and low flow pulsation performance for helical rotor pump.Firstly,a new helical rotor with only three lobes and a full conjugate contour for higher shape factor is present-ed,then,from taking dimensionless theoretical flow formula of its homologous straight rotor as a integrand func-tion,the exact formula of dimensionless theoretical flow and following flow ripple factor of the new helical rotorare deduced.Finally,from results analysis of flow ripple factor of involute,circular and cycloid as three differ-ent contour type,a general simplified formula of flow ripple factor for the new helical rotor is obtained.The re-sults show that instantaneous diameter as representing contour type has good universality,dimensionless deriva-tion process of theoretical flow is simple and reliable.Flow ripple factor of the new helical rotor has a very ap-proximate negative linear variation law with helical angle,which can be attributed to flow ripple factor of its ho-mologous straight rotor and is a concise function of helical angle,contour factor,shape factor.The curve type ofrotor contour has little influence on flow ripple factor,and simplified error of fixed impact factor of 1.05 is lessthan 3%.Three helical lobes with 60°helical angle is the best contour structures without flow ripple,the fullconjugate structure of end contour can effectively reduce leakage in conjugate zone of rotor pair,etc.The resultsprovide a basis for further development of lightweight helical rotor pump.
