摘要
当前罗茨泵存在转子间隙不均匀、转子啮合效果不好,罗茨泵工作效率低下等问题。为了改善转子的啮合效果,提高罗茨泵的容积效率及性能需要设计出合理且满足要求的转子。对于所研究的摆线转子,首先根据摆线形成原理推导出摆线转子的理论型线方程,进而得到实际型线方程,然后通过型线的参数方程编程得到二维草图,将草图导入三维软件生成实体模型,最后利用三维软件的动态模拟进行运动仿真。仿真过程中不存在干涉现象并且转子之间间隙均匀,说明此型线方程设计满足设计及应用要求。为设计出高效能的罗茨泵提供了帮助,同时只需改变其中的参数值即可生产出不同系列的产品,具有一定的实用价值。
The current roots pump exist some problems including the uneven clearance, bad rotor meshing result and a low work efficiency. In order to improve the meshing effect of rotors and increase the volumetric efficiency and performance of the roots pump, designing a reasonable rotor which meets the requirements is necessary. In view of the researched roots pump cycloid rotor, first of all, the the- oretical profile equation of cycloid rotor is deduced according to the principle of cycloid form and then the actual type line equation is got. The parameter equation of lines is programmed for 2D sketch, which is to import 3D software to generate entity model. Finally, the motion simulation is carried out by using the dynamic simulation of 3D software. There is no interference phenomenon and uniform clearance between the rotors during the process of simulation, which shows that this type of line equa- tion design satisfies the requirement of designing and applying. It is contribute for designing the high performance roots pump. In addition, it has an important practical significance for producing different series of products through change the parameter values.
