一种手持式单缸四冲程汽油机的优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 世界各国对汽油机排放和可靠性的要求日趋严格,美国加州空气资源委员会(CARB)拟对小型非道路汽油机的排放及可靠性做出新的规定。为提高整机寿命,降低汽油机有害物排放,设计一种高可靠性的机油转子泵,保证汽油机润滑系统的稳定性。为后续进一步提高汽油机使用寿命及降低其有害物质的排放提供了新的方案。测试结果表明,与同等排量的单缸四冲程汽油机相比,改进润滑系统后的汽油机在工作200 h以后,润滑系统的稳定性表现出极大优势,汽油机使用寿命提高约65%。 The emission and durability requirements of engines are getting more and more concerned in the world.The California Air Resources Board(CARB) intends to make new regulations on the emission and reliability of small off-road engines.A high-reliability oil rotor pump has been designed to ensure the stability of the lubricating system of gasoline engine,so as to extend the life of the whole engine and reduce the emission of hazardous substance.The research content provides a new scheme for further improving the service life and reducing the emission of hazardous substances of gasoline engine.The test results show that,compared with a single-cylinder four-stroke gasoline engine with the same displacement,the gasoline engine with the improved lubrication system has a great advantage in the stability of the lubrication system after 200 h operation,and the service life of the gasoline engine is increased by about65%.
