摘要
某电厂引风机改型后,出现在动叶特定开度下振动增大的现象,通过振动测试与分析,振动异常的原因为改造后的风烟系统阻力大、风机整体刚性偏弱、动叶叶片共振等造成,现场对整流罩加固、改变动叶固有频率、修刮静导叶等处理措施,成功解决了该振动问题。
After the modification of the induced draft fan of a power plant, the phenomenon of increased vibration at a specific opening of the moving blade appeared. Through vibration testing and analysis, the reason for the abnormal vibration is the large resistance of the modified wind smoke system, the overall rigidity of the fan is weak, and the moving blade Due to blade resonance, the on-site treatment measures such as strengthening the fairing, changing the natural frequency of the moving blade, and scraping the static guide blade successfully solved the vibration problem.
