摘要
分析了目前我国电站风机节能改造中出现的改后风机失速抢风、共振和轴系扭振等问题的原因,提出了改造前应从设计和运行操作方面采取措施防止2台并联风机出现抢风现象;计算各构件(如叶轮、叶片、离心风机前、后、中盘)的自振频率,避开引起共振的频率,如在某转速下已出现共振,则应避免在该转速下运行,或采用调节门与转速联合调节的方法防止风机共振;为了防止变频调速风机由于扭矩脉动引起风机轴系扭振,在变频调速改造前,应计算轴系扭振固有频率,若引起轴系扭振的频率落入风机调速范围,则可通过调整扭矩脉动频率或扭振固有频率。
Abstract: The causes leading to stall wind- snatching, resonance, and torsional vibration of shaft etc. occurred easily in energy - saving retrofit of air fans at present in our country have been analysed,and solution measures being put forward as in the following:before retrofit, measures should be taken from aspects of design and opration to prevent the wind - snatching phenominon between two air fans in par- allel operation;calculation of natural vibration frequency for various parts, such as impeller, blade, as well as front,rear,and middle disks in centrifugal air fans, to keep away from resonance frequency, if resonance has occurred at one revolution speed,operation at this speed should be avoided, or adopting regulation valve, combined with adjustment of revolution speed, to prevent resonace of air fans;in order to prevent the torsional vibration of shaf in air fans with speed regulation by variable frequency,the in- herent frequency of forsional vibration should be calculated before retrofit, preventing the torsional fre- quency to fall into the speed- regulating range of air fans.
