摘要
慢性前列腺炎(CP)可发生于成年男性的各个年龄阶段,多数男性曾有过前列腺炎相关的症状。CP的临床表现主要包括疼痛、下尿路症状等,还有较多患者伴发性功能障碍,如勃起功能障碍(ED)。CP合并ED的发病机制目前还不是很清楚。因此,本文通过对CP伴ED可能的发病机制进行综述,旨在进一步明确二者之间的作用关系。
Chronic prostatitis(CP)can occur at all ages of adult males.Most males have had previous symptoms related to prostatitis.The clinical manifestations of CP include pain,lower urinary tract symptoms and many patients complicated with sexual dysfunction,such as erectile dysfunction(ED).The pathogenesis of CP complicated with ED is not well understood.This article reviews the possible pathogenesis of CP complicated with ED,so as to further clarify the relationship between CP and ED.
