裂纹转子系统升速过程中的振动特性

摘要 通过Jeffcott转子动力学模型和断裂力学理论建立了裂纹转子动力学方程。使用SolidWorks对裂纹部分进行建模,将模型导入ANSYS结合梁单元和弹簧阻尼单元建立系统的简化模型。对含有不同深度、角度裂纹的转子系统以恒定角加速度通过1/2一阶临界转速的过程进行了仿真研究,得到了固有频率以及时域波形图。分析发现由于裂纹的存在,系统的固有频率降低,振动最大值所对应转速要略高于1/2一阶临界转速。随着裂纹深度和倾斜角度的增加,振动幅值越来越大,裂纹对转子系统的影响越来越明显。 Based on the Jeffcott rotor dynamics model and fracture mechanics theory,the cracked rotor dynamics equation is established.Use SolidWorks to model the cracked part,and import the model into ANSYS to combine the beam element and the spring damping element to establish a simplified model of the system.The process of rotor systems with cracks of different depths and angles passing through 1/2 first-order critical speed at a constant angular acceleration is simulated,and the natural frequency and time-domain waveforms are obtained.The analysis found that due to the existence of cracks,the natural frequency of the system is reduced,and the speed corresponding to the maximum vibration value is slightly higher than 1/2 the first-order critical speed.With the increase of crack depth and tilt angle,the vibration amplitude becomes larger and larger,and the influence of cracks on the rotor system becomes more and more obvious.
