裂纹故障转子-滚动轴承系统的实验研究

摘要 为了研究滚动轴承系统裂纹转子的非线性动力学行为,改建了转子实验台。实验结果表明:裂纹转子在升速过程中,在1/3、1/2和1倍临界转速附近出现次谐波共振现象;不同转速下裂纹转子的非线性振动特性也不同;且弯曲振动幅值随裂纹角以2π为周期成余弦规律变化。摆振实验则说明摆振对裂纹非常敏感,裂纹较浅时倍频成分明显。因此,可用摆振作为裂纹早期诊断的依据之一。 In order to study the nonlinear dynamic behavior of cracked rotor,a cracked rotor-rolling bearing system is established.The results show that:the crack will lead to the sub-harmonic resonance responses when the rotational speed is near the 1/3 or 1/2 of the critical speed.And the nonlinear vibration characteristics under different factors including rotational speed and crack angle of cracked rotor are discussed.If the additional eccentricity fixed,the vibration amplitude can fluctuate obviously when the crack angle is changed.The working frequency of bending vibration looks similar to the cosine whose period is.Furthermore,swing vibration is very sensitive to the crack even if shallow crack.So swing vibration test can be seen as one basis for crack early diagnosis.
