摘要 乳品行业属于民生行业。近年来,由于“二胎”政策的实施以及2020年初新冠肺炎疫情的暴发,乳制品消费迅速增长,乳品市场快速扩大。通过PEST和SWOT法,发现产品差异化与“以质取胜”是伊利集团战略制定及实施的根本点,以此挖掘其品牌和技术等竞争优势,同时针对劣势和面临的威胁提出战略调整建议,以期为伊利集团未来发展和同行业企业的发展提供经验参考。 The dairy industry belongs to the people’s livelihood industry.In recent years,due to the implementation of the“two-child”policy and the outbreak of the COVID-19 in early 2020,the consumption of dairy products has grown rapidly and the dairy market has expanded rapidly.Through the PEST and SWOT methods,the artical finds that product differentiation and“win by quality”are the fundamental points of Yili Group’s strategy formulation and implementation,in order to tap its brand and technology and other competitive advantages,and at the same time provide strategic adjustment suggestions for disadvantages and threats.The suggestions can provide experience reference for the future development of Yili Group and the development of enterprises in the same industry.
