摘要
近年来,我国食品企业海外并购取得了蓬勃发展,但由于相对起步晚,经验不足,并购效果往往难以达到预期。通过对伊利集团并购泰国Chomthana公司的策略进行具体分析和总结,发现伊利集团此次并购获得成功的关键是:国际化战略清晰且适时切入跨国并购模式,重点选择在东南亚地区实施并购,谨慎理性地选择并购对象以及并购后对Chomthana公司推动全方位整合。此次并购为其他食品企业跨国并购提供了有益的经验借鉴。
In recent years,overseas mergers and acquisitions of Chinese food companies have achieved vigorous development,but due to relatively late start and lack of experience,the effect of mergers and acquisitions is often difficult to achieve expectations.Through the analysis and summary of Yili Group's acquisition strategy of Chomthana company in Thailand,it is found that the key to success of Yili Group's acquisition is:clear international strategy and timely entry into cross-border M&A mode,focusing on the implementation of M&A in Southeast Asia,careful and rational selection of M&A objects,and promoting all-round integration of Chomthana company after M&A.This M&A provides useful experience for other food enterprises.
