摘要
目的探讨人性化护理干预对子宫肌瘤切除术患者康复效果、心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年5月我院收治的98例子宫肌瘤切除术患者,以随机数字表法将其分为常规组和试验组,每组49例。常规组实施常规护理干预,试验组在常规组基础上实施人性化护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果试验组的下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间明显短于常规组,术后12 h VAS评分明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的HAMA、HAMD评分均较干预前明显降低,且试验组低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的生活质量各维度评分均较干预前明显升高,且试验组高于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理干预应用于子宫肌瘤切除术患者中效果显著,可提高康复效果,改善心理状态,提高生活质量,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the effects of humanized nursing intervention on rehabilitation effect,psychological state and quality of life of patients undergoing myomectomy.Methods Ninety-eight patients with myomectomy admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into routine group and experimental group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The routine group implemented routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group implemented humanized nursing intervention on the basis of the routine group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The ambulation time,anal exhaust time and hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the routine group,and the VAS score at 12 h after operation was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were lower than the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,all dimensions of quality of life scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were higher than the routine group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention applied to patients with myomectomy has a significant effect,it can improve the rehabilitation effect,ameliorate the psychological state,improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
