摘要
目的:研究探讨优质护理在手术室护理中的效果观察及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年12月福建省浦城县中医医院收治的于本院进行手术患者50例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用优质护理模式进行干预,比较不同组别的负面情绪和睡眠质量的情况以及护理满意度。结果:观察组接受优质护理模式进行干预后,通过焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和睡眠质量量表(SRSS)评分评估,结果显示,观察组在接受优质护理模式下焦虑、抑郁评分和睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较2组的生命质量,干预前相应组别数据比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后对照组的数据低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过问卷调查的形式,比对观察组和对照组的护理满意度,可以得出观察组的满意程度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对手术患者而言,在优质护理模式下进行干预,可以提高患者的睡眠质量,改善患者焦虑抑郁等负面情绪,让患者对疾病的恢复有信心,提高患者的生命质量,可运用于临床。
Objective:To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing in operating room nursing and its impact on patients′sleep quality.Methods:A total of 50 patients who underwent surgery at Pucheng County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Fujian Province from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 25 patients in each group.The control group used conventional nursing mode,while the observation group used high-quality nursing mode for intervention.The negative emotions,sleep quality,and nursing satisfaction of different groups were compared.Results:The observation group received high-quality nursing care for intervention,and was evaluated using the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,and Sleep Quality Scale(SRSS)score.The results showed that the anxiety,depression score,and sleep quality score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group under high-quality nursing care,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the quality of life between the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference in the corresponding group data before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the data of the control group was lower than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Through a questionnaire survey,comparing the nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group,it can be concluded that the satisfaction level of the observation group is higher,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For surgical patients,intervention under high-quality nursing mode can improve their sleep quality,improve their negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,give them confidence in the recovery of the disease,improve their quality of life,and can be used in clinical practice.
