摘要
基于图像处理技术的包装表面缺陷检测方法,解决准确性较低问题。利用CCD相机采集包装盒表面图像,使用二值化处理技术区分背景区域与目标图像,利用浓淡补正差分处理背景与前景,通过图像重绘算法检测图像边缘,消除噪声获取明显的图像边缘特征;利用阈值定义图像中的各类缺陷完成缺陷特征提取,依据提取完成的缺陷特征设计缺陷分类器,以此划分识别缺陷内容完成包装表面缺陷检测。经实验证明,该方法在实现图像处理时具有良好的去噪和边缘提取效果;在检测包装盒表面缺陷时具有较高的准确性和较快的检测时间,能够获得良好的检测效果。
A method of packaging surface defect detection based on image processing technology is proposed to solve the problem of low accuracy.CCD camera is used to collect the surface image of the packaging box,and the binary processing technology is used to distinguish the background area from the target image.The background and foreground are processed by the difference between the background and the foreground.The image edge is detected by the image redrawing algorithm,and the obvious image edge features are obtained by eliminating the noise.Various defects in the image are defined by the threshold value to complete the defect feature extraction.A defect classifier is designed to classify and identify the defect content to complete the surface defect detection of packaging.The experimental results show that the method has good denoising and edge extraction effect in image processing;it has high accuracy and fast detection time in detecting surface defects of packaging box,and can obtain good detection effect.
