摘要
本文构建了创新资源对中国产业结构升级影响的评价模型,利用2015~2019年我国各地区的省级面板数据进行实证分析,结果表明:创新资源对中国产业结构升级产生积极的影响,未来需要继续提高创新资源投入、增加固定资产投资、提高居民收入、扩大对外开放程度、提升教育水平,以促进产业结构升级、实现经济高质量发展。该研究结论对我国产业结构升级政策的制定具有一定的启示与参考意义。
Evaluation model of innovation resources impact on China's industrial structure upgrading is constructed in this pa⁃per,and based on the provincial panel data of China's regions from 2015 to 2019 the empirical analysis is made.The results show that innovation resources have a positive impact on the upgrading of China's industrial structure.In the future,it is necessary to in⁃crease investment in innovative resources,increase investment in fixed assets,increase residentsincome,expand the degree of o⁃pening to the outside world,and improve the level of education,so as to promote the upgrading of industrial structure and achieve high-quality economic development.The conclusion of this study has certain enlightenment and reference significance for the formu⁃lation of China's industrial structure upgrading policy.
