摘要
目的:观察葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减联合西医常规治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将心力衰竭患者150例随机分为研究组和对照组各75例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减治疗。治疗4周后,比较2组临床疗效,2组治疗前后的中医证候评分及血气分析变化。结果:研究组总有效率为96.0%,对照组为77.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组心悸、乏力、气短、胸痛等中医证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组上述各项评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、动脉氧分压(PO_(2))、动脉二氧化碳分压(PCO_(2))比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组SaO_(2)、PO_(2)均较治疗前升高(P<0.05)、PCO_(2)水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组上述指标改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减联合西医常规治疗心力衰竭,能提高临床疗效,改善患者临床症状和血气水平。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Tingli Dazao Xiefei tang combined with routine western treatment for heart failure.Methods:A total of 150 cases of patients with heart failure were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western treatment,and the study group was additionally treated with modified Tingli Dazao Xiefei tang based on the treatment of the control group.After treatment for four weeks,the clinical effect in the two groups was compared.The changes in Chinese medicine syndrome scores and blood gas analysis in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 96.0%in the study group and 77.3%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the Chinese medicine syndrome scores including palpitations,fatigue,shortness of breath and breast pain between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the above scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of oxygen saturation(SaO_(2)),partial pressure of oxygen(PO_(2)),partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PCO_(2))between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,SaO_(2) and PO_(2) in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and PCO_(2) levels were decreased(P<0.05),and the improvement in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Tingli Dazao Xiefei tang combined with routine treatment for heart failure can improve clinical effect,clinical symptoms and blood gas analysis.
