摘要
骨盆髋臼骨折常由高能量损伤导致,多伴有血流动力学不稳定。三维导航下经皮置入螺钉具有精准化、失血少、快速康复和并发症少的优势,然而由于骨盆髋臼解剖的复杂性,三维导航置钉具有一定的挑战性。本文简述了三维导航技术的特点及其在骨盆髋臼骨折微创治疗中的应用与面临的问题,并展望了其未来的发展方向。
Pelvic and acetabular fractures are often caused by high-energy injuries,often accompanied by hemodynamic instability.Percutaneous screw placement under three-dimensional navigation has the advantages of precision,little blood loss,rapid recovery and few complications.However,due to the complexity of pelvic anatomy,screw placement under navigational guidance to treat pelvic and acetabular fractures is a kind of technological demanding task.This article reviews the characteristics of three-dimensional navigation technology and its application and problems in the minimally invasive treatment of pelvic and acetabular fractures,and prospects for its future development.
