摘要
以人工智能(AI)为标志的工业4.0时代的全面来临,对国民经济各领域,尤其是医学创新,带来了革命性影响。目前人工智能已经在临床诊断和外科技术方面展现出了巨大潜能。本文从人工智能技术的基本理论和原则出发,重点阐述传统膝关节外科技术存在的问题和瓶颈,进而探讨人工智能为解决这些问题赋予的机遇和挑战,并提出人工智能技术牵引膝关节外科创新发展的实现途径和风险防范。
The comprehensive arrival of the Industrial 4.0 era,marked by artificial intelligence,has brought revolutionary influence to every area of the national economy,especially medical innovation.Nowadays,artificial intelligence(AI) has exhibited great potential in clinical diagnosis and surgical technique.This article originates from the basic theory and principle of AI,explores the current problems,gaps and bottleneck in traditional knee surgery,and then further discusses the opportunity and challenge for solving the above problems granted by AI.Finally,the realization pathway and risk prevention related to revolutionary development of knee surgery guided by AI are presented.
