摘要
五运六气主要记载于《素问》的七篇大论中,是中医理论体系中独特而重要的组成部分。五运六气对生命活动的影响体现在生、长、壮、老、已的全过程始终。文章通过梳理运气原文,总结了运气在生命的孕育、疾病的发生发展及治疗用药理论中的“气化万物”“气病通应”与“因时用药”思想。
The theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors is demonstrated in the Seven Chapters of Suwen,which is a unique and essential part of Chinese medicine theoretical systems.The five evolutive phases and six climatic factors can influence human life including birth,growth,maturity,senility and death.Based on the Yunqi original texts,the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in the birth of life and the occurrence,development and treatment of diseases,can be summarized as‘qi transformation all things’,‘correspondence between qi and disease’,and‘herbal treatment according to the climatic and seasonal conditions’.
