摘要
笔者提出一种新型的中医时空辨证体系方法,以《黄帝内经》“天人相应”理论、五行学说以及天干地支哲学模型为基础拓展五行类象,创造五行类象表达式对中药功效进行表征,并尝试建立“时空-五行-功效-中药-方剂-疾病”之间的具体联系。时空辨证能够对不同中药及方剂的药性功效进行半量化表征及比较,并能够根据时空的五行状态,确定治则治法,筛选合适的中药和方剂。时空辨证将是中医辨证体系的创新,是脏腑辨证、气血津液辨证的有益补充。
This study gave a novel'time-syndrome differentiation'method of traditional Chinese medicine,which was based on the theory of correspondence between human body and natural environment'in Huangdi Neijing and the philosophical model of'sexagenary cycle'and'five element'.It creates the expression of five elements to represent the efficacy of Chinese medicine,and tries to establish the specific relationship between'time-five elements-efficacy-Chinese medicine-prescription-disease'.Efficacy of different Chinese medicines and prescriptions can be semi-quantitativeexpressed and compared by‘time-syndrome differentiation'.It also can determine the appropriate treatment principles according to the five element state of time,and screen the appropriate Chinese medicine and prescriptions.'Time-syndrome differentiation'will be the innovation of syndrome differentiation system and a beneficial supplement to the syndrome differentiation methods of Zang Fu'and'qi-blood'.
