摘要
目的:基于《黄帝内经》"气"理论,探讨桥本甲状腺炎的发生发展中患者机体"气"的失调,从调气出发,总结治疗桥本甲状腺炎的思路、方法。方法:围绕桥本甲状腺炎的中医治疗,通过查阅前辈医家的著述及经验,浅述对《黄帝内经》"气"理论相关内容的理解,总结归纳《黄帝内经》"气"理论对桥本甲状腺炎防治的意义。结果:《黄帝内经》"气"理论包罗万象,在外可包括天地自然之气、药食之气、化生贼邪之异气等;在人体内可包括脏腑藏化之精气、御邪守正之神气、周流不息之脉气等,各气之间脉脉相通,"百病生于气",百病治于气。近年来,桥本甲状腺炎的发病率日益攀升,该病患者周身存在着各种广义上的"气"失调,故而从"气"的角度论治桥本甲状腺炎,包括谨和药食五味、顺应时令天气、平调五运脏气周流、扶正气逐邪气、调摄脉气、怡养神气等。结论:中医调气是在整体观指导下的动态调节稳态的方法,结合《黄帝内经》中"气"的理论,探讨桥本甲状腺炎的预防调护,对桥本甲状腺炎的防治具有指导意义,值得研究与推广。
Objective:Based on the theory of Qi in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor,discusses the imbalance of Qi in the occurrence and development of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,and tries to summerize some ideas and methods for the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis starting from regulating Qi.Methods:Around the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,through consulting the works and experience of previous doctors,this paper analyzes the personal understanding of Qi theory in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor,and summarizes the significance of Qi Theory in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor for the prevention and treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Results:The theory of Qi in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor is all-inclusive.It can be the natural Qi of heaven and earth,flavor of herbs and food,pathogenic factors as a thief and different Qi.It can also be the essence Qi of Zang Fu,the spirit of resisting evil and strengthening genuine energy,and the Qi of circulation in meridians,which is connected with each other.All diseases are based on Qi,and all diseases are treated by Qi.In recent years,the incidence rate of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is increasing.Something wrong with Qi can be found in the patient with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Therefore,we should treat Hashimoto’s thyroiditis from the perspective of Qi,including the balance the five kinds of falvour in herbs and food,the adaption of natural Qi,the harmony of Qi in five Zang-organs,strengthening vital Qi and eliminating pathogenic factor,the regulation of Qi in meridians,and contributing the peace of mind.Conclusion:Regulating Qi is a method of dynamic regulation of homeostasis under the guidance of holistic view.Combining with the theory of Qi in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor is of guiding significance to the prevention and treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,which is worth studying and promoting.
