摘要
总氮测定的执行标准已经发生变化,方法原理仍为过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法。本实验室每日检测水样较多,需考虑工作效率,选择适当的仪器设备是重要的环节,试剂的纯度也非常重要。有时会出现总氮和氨氮倒置,可以通过措施消除。新标准中增加了质量保证和质量控制环节。
The implementation standard of total nitrogen determination has changed,and the principle of the method is still potassium persulfate digestion UV spectrophotometry.There are many water samples tested in our laboratory every day,so it is necessary to consider the working efficiency.The selection of appropriate instruments and equipment is an important link,and the purity of reagents is also very important.Inversions of total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen sometimes occur,which can be eliminated by measures.Quality assurance and quality control are added to the new standard.
