摘要
在弱碱性介质中,硫代硫酸钠在波长215 nm处有吸收而焦亚硫酸钠水解产物呈弱吸收特性。测量试液的吸光度,采用标准加入法定量,试剂和样品溶液中的基体干扰小;方法的检出限为MDL=0.0008%,检测下限DL=0.003%。不同的样品在同一试验室和不同试验室进行平行检验,检验结果的变异系数在0.20%~1.36%,符合GB/T 27417-2017附录B的小于2.7%的要求。对样品进行加标试验,加标回收率97.3%~102.2%,符合GB/T 27417-2017附录A 95.0%~105.0%的要求。紫外测试溶液调节pH值为4.3±0.3,测试温度(20±5)℃,紫外分光光度计波长(235±2)nm条件改变,稳定性较好。
In the weak alkaline medium,sodium thiosulfate has absorption at the wavelength of 215 nm,while sodium pyrosulfite hydrolysate has weak absorption.The absorbance of test solution is measured and quantified by standard addition method.The matrix interference in reagent and sample solution is small.The detection limit of the method is MDL=0.0008%,and the detection limit DL=0.003%.Different samples are injected in the same laboratory and different laboratories.Through parallel test,the coefficient of variation of the test results is 0.20%~1.36%,which meets the requirements of less than 2.7%in Appendix B of GB/T 27417-2017,through standard addition test,the recovery rate of standard addition is 97.3%~102.2%,which meets the requirements of 95.0%~105.0%in Appendix A of GB/T 27417-2017.The results showed that the stability of UV test solution was good when pH was 4.3±0.3,test temperature was(20±5)℃,and UV spectrophotometer wavelength was(235±2)nm.
