摘要
为了解城市污泥富集大量微塑料的问题,利用现有的蚯蚓堆肥工艺,向蚯蚓堆肥体系中加入大粒径生物炭,利用蚯蚓的胃部研磨和生物扰动,增加生物炭对微塑料的吸附捕集,减少污泥中的微塑料含量。通过小型堆肥实验研究了大粒径生物炭与蚯蚓共堆肥对污泥中微塑料去除与污泥堆肥的影响。结果表明,在添加大粒径生物炭之后,堆体中微塑料丰度下降了34.36%,并且通过蚯蚓与生物炭的协同作用,在堆肥结束时微塑料丰度下降57.99%,添加生物炭可以减轻微塑料对蚯蚓的活性抑制,蚯蚓的成活率提高16.67%,生长率提高了21.34%,添加大颗粒生物炭可以加速污泥成熟,使堆肥中的腐殖质含量增加7.3%微塑料和生物炭增强了微生物群落的丰富性和多样性,导致了群落结构的转变。结果表明大颗粒生物炭和蚯蚓的共堆肥为管理高浓度MPs污泥提供了可行的解决方案。
To address the issue of microplastic enrichment in urban sludge,an existing vermicomposting process was utilized.Large-sized biochar was introduced into the vermicomposting system to enhance microplastic adsorption and capture through the grinding action of earthworms and biological disturbance.Small-scale vermicomposting experiments were conducted to study the impact of co-composting large-sized biochar with earthworms on microplastic removal from sludge.The results showed that after adding large-sized biochar,the microplastic abundance in the compost decreased by 34.36%.Additionally,the synergistic effect of earthworms and biochar led to a 57.99%reduction in microplastic abundance at the end of composting.The addition of biochar alleviated the inhibitory effect of microplastics on earthworm activity,resulting in a 16.67%increase in earthworm survival rate and a 21.34%increase in growth rate.Furthermore,the inclusion of large-sized biochar accelerated sludge maturation,leading to a 7.3%increase in humic substance content.Both microplastics and biochar enhanced microbial community richness and diversity,resulting in changes in community structure.Overall,co-composting large-sized biochar with earthworms provides a feasible solution for managing high-concentration microplastic-containing sludge.
