摘要
图书馆是城市文化服务的标志,智慧图书馆是图书馆面向智慧社会建设的必然选择。当前,智慧图书馆进入“用户智慧服务”发展阶段,从用户视角思考,引入人机交互领域的示能性理论,运用扎根理论方法,从感知物理示能性、感知认知示能性、感知控制示能性、感知情感示能性、感知服务示能性五个维度构建智慧图书馆在用户智慧服务研究中的感知示能性理论框架,基于此框架内容为智慧图书馆在用户智慧服务的发展提供理论借鉴和建议。
Library symbolizes the urban cultural service.Smart library is an inevitable choice in library filed to face the construction wave of smart society.At present,smart library has entered the development stage of“user smart service”.From the perspective of the user,the article introduces the perceived affordance theory in the field of human-computer interaction.Affordance is introduced to construct the theoretical framework of the perceived affordance of smart library in the study of user intelligence service from five dimensions:perceived physical affordance,perceived cognitive affordance,perceived controllable affordance,perceived emotional affordance and perceived emotional affordance.It is expected to provide theoretical reference and suggestions for the development of smart library in user smart service.
