摘要
[目的/意义]生成式预训练聊天模型ChatGPT火爆出圈,通过人工智能生产内容,为企业的知识管理打开一扇新的大门。[方法/过程]通过研究ChatGPT的缘起及发展,梳理其与知识管理的关系,并分析它对知识管理者产生的影响。[结果/结论]ChatGPT及其同类产品将促使知识管理界生产重大变化,知识管理相关从业者应该未雨绸缪,积极应变,投身于其中并与之共舞。
[Purpose/Significance]Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer(ChatGPT)has become popular,producing content through artificial intelligence and opening a new door for knowledge management in enterprises.[Method/Process]By studying the origin and development of ChatGPT,the relationship between it and knowledge management was sorted out,and its impact on knowledge managers was analyzed.[Result/Conclusion]ChatGPT and its similar products will promote significant changes in the knowledge management,and knowledge management practitioners should be proactive,plan ahead,and immerse themselves in it and embrace it.
