摘要
漆包线在生产过程中排放大量的有机废气,本文在调研多家漆包线生产企业的基础上,对漆包线生产企业从源头控制、过程管理、末端处理等多个角度提出VOCs污染防治管理的注意要点和相关的工艺和技术,供漆包线生产企业参考。漆包线行业VOCs污染管控的关键在于源头削减有机溶剂的使用量,同时关注生产工艺的先进性,并对调漆、涂漆、烘干等重点工序做好VOCs废气的收集治理工作,确保VOCs全过程得到有效管控。
A large amount of organic waste gas is emitted in the production process of enameled wire.Based on the investigation of several enameled wire production enterprises,the relevant process and technical requirements for VOCs Pollution Prevention and control were put forwardfrom the aspects of source control,process management,end treatment,etc.for reference of enameled wire production enterprises.The key to VOCs pollution control in enameled wire industry was to reduce the amount of organic solvent used at the source,while paying attention to the advanced nature of the production process,and collecting and managing VOCs exhaust gas in key processes such as paint,paint and drying,so as to ensure effective control of the whole process of VOCs.
