摘要
以提高漆包机烘炉均风道出口断面速度均匀性为目标,以Fluent软件为计算平台,对国产RHW3600型热风循环漆包机烘炉均风道内的流场、出口速度分布进行数值模拟研究。结果表明,在直道中安装孔板,孔板安装角度对均流效果影响较大;弯道内安装孔板,安装位置对改善出口气流速度横向均匀性效果更好。最优孔板出口断面速度测点的极值偏离平均值的程度系数K=6.27%。
With the objective to improve the cross - section velocity uniformity of uniform air duct in enameled oven, the flow field and velocity distribution of uniform air duct outlet section in hot air cir- culation enameled oven of a enamel - covered machine RHW3600 was studied by numerical simulation based on fluid dynamics computational software Fluent. Results show that the installation angle of ori- fice plate plays a great influence on average - current when the orifice plate is installed in straight; and installation location is more important when installed in curved way. The degree coefficient K of ex- treme value deviating from average velocity at the measuring points of the optimal orifice outlet cross - section is 6. 27%.
