摘要
如何提升学习支持服务质量,进而提升教学质量,始终是开放大学重视与探索的关键问题。尽管各家开放大学一直在实践中探索,相关研究成果也很多,但仍存在实施不到位、效果不理想的问题,这主要源于给予学习支持服务者的支持策略和脚手架的欠缺。本研究以探究社区模型和混合式教学动态支架模型为理论基础,根据学习支持服务不同环节、不同临场感设计不同的策略,从临场感和学习支持服务环节两个维度构建学习支持服务策略框架,且强调策略是不同的、变化的,并提出可辅助各类支持策略实施落地的支持者工具和学习者工具。学习支持服务策略框架、支持策略、支持工具组合形成了一套系统化的、贯穿学生学习始终的、具有可操作性的学习支持服务方案。希望对开放大学开展学习支持服务提供借鉴,助力学习支持服务实践效果提升。
How to improve the quality of learning support services and the quality of teaching is always a key issue that open universities attach and explore.Although open universities have been exploring the issue in practice and there are many related research results,there are still problems of inadequate implementation and dissatisfactory efficiency,mainly due to the lack of support strategies and scaffolding for learning support providers.Based on the theory of the community of inquiry framework and the dynamic scaffolding blended teaching model,this study constructs a learning support service strategy framework from two dimensions of presence and learning support service processes,and designs learning support services according to different processes and different presence of the learning support service.The strategies and its intensity are different and dynamic in different period.Then,the study proposes sort of tools to help implement various support strategies.The learning support service strategy framework,strategies,and tools can form a systematic and operable the learning support service scheme to provide guidance for support providers of open universities and help improve the practical effects of learning support services.
