摘要
学习支持服务是远程教育的重要支柱之一,提高学习支持服务水平是适应远程学习者个性化学习、推进开放大学综合改革发展的需要,也是在线教育成功与否的关键。构建聚焦学习需求、注重学习交互、强调学习体验、增强学习效能、改善学习效果的高质量学习支持服务体系,开放大学应以立德树人为根本,落实"以学习者为中心"的理念,推进学习支持服务供给创新,统筹学习支持服务要素协调发展,优化学习支持服务环境建设,构建学习支持服务共享机制。
Learning support service is one of the most important pillars in distance education.To improve the level of learning support service is to meet the needs of distance learners’personalized learning,promote the comprehensive reform and high-quality development of Open University,and is also the key to the success of online education.To improve the level of learning support service is to build a high-quality learning support service system which focuses on learning needs,pays attention to learning interaction,emphasizes on learning experience,enhances learning effectiveness and improves learning effect.The Open University should take moral education as its foundation,fully implement the concept of"learner–oriented",and vigorously promote the system innovation of learning support service supply.It also should coordinate the development of learning support service elements,optimize learning support service environment,and set up an open and shared learning support service mechanism.
