摘要
目的:研究聚维酮碘含漱液(PVP-I)和氯已定(CHX)含漱液分别联合牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎治疗效果的差异。方法:纳入慢性牙周炎患者108例,随机分为PVP-I组、CHX组和生理盐水组(n=36),在牙周基础治疗后分别使用相应含漱液治疗。检查患者在治疗前、治疗7 d和14 d后的GI、SBI和mPI指标,应用VAS评价主观使用感受。采用SPSS 25.0对各评价指标的组间差异进行t检验。结果:治疗14 d后,PVP-I组和CHX组的GI、SBI和mPI均值均显著降低(P<0.05),PVP-I组各指标的下降程度均高于CHX组(P<0.05)。相比PVP-I组,CHX组的患者更容易产生味觉异常及牙面着色(P<0.05)。结论:牙周基础治疗后短期应用含漱液,有助于抑制牙周菌斑、消除牙周炎症。PVP-I含漱液对慢性牙周炎的辅助治疗效果及患者使用的主观感受均优于CHX。
Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of povidone iodine(PVP-I)gargle and chloroxidine(CHX)gargle respectively combined with periodontal initial therapy for chronic periodontitis.Methods:108 patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into PVP-I,CHX and normal saline control groups(n=36).After periodontal initial therapy,the subjects were treated with corresponding gargles respectively.The gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI)and modified plaque index(mPI)before,at 7th and 14th day of the treatment were examined,and the VAS questionnaire was filled for the subjective sensation after using the gargles.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0 software package for the differences of each evaluation index among the groups.Results:After 14 days of initial therapy,GI,SBI and mPI of PVP-I and CHX groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05).GI,SBI and mPI in the PVP-I group were all decreased more than those in the CHX group(P<0.05).Compared with the PVP-I group,subjects in the CHX group showed significant taste abnormalities(P<0.05)and were more likely to produce tooth staining(P<0.05).Conclusion:Short-term application of gargles combined with periodontal initial therapy is beneficial to control plaque and eliminate periodontal inflammation.PVP-I gargle is superior to CHX gargle in adjuvant treatment of chronic periodontitis and in the subjects'perceptions of use.
