摘要
目的探讨康复新液联合西帕依固龈液在口腔正畸所致慢性牙龈炎患者中的应用效果.方法选择2020年1月—2021年3月该院收治的88例口腔正畸所致慢性牙龈炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组44例.对照组采用西帕依固龈液,观察组在对照组基础上加用康复新液.两组均持续治疗12周.对比两组临床疗效、牙龈肿胀程度、口腔状态以及并发症发生情况.结果观察组临床总有效率94.45%高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组牙龈肿胀程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后简化口腔卫生指数评分(1.33±0.25)分、牙龈指数评分(0.31±0.07)分、菌斑指数评分(0.29±0.07)分均低于对照组的(1.52±0.26)分、(0.63±0.13)分、(0.49±0.08)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率4.55%低于对照组的18.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论临床针对口腔正畸所致慢性牙龈炎患者采用康复新液与西帕依固龈液进行联合治疗的疗效确切,能够有效减轻牙龈肿胀程度,提升口腔健康水平,减少并发症发生,有利于预后.
Objective To explore the application effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Xipayi singival strengthening liquid in patients with chronic gingivitis caused by orthodontics.Methods 88 patients with chronic gingivitis caused by orthodontics who were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given Xipayi singival strengthening liquid,and the observation group was given Kangfuxin Liquid on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,the degree of gingival swelling,the oral state and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 94.45%,which was higher than 81.82%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the degree of gingival swelling in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of oral hygiene index-simplified,gingival index and plaque index in observation group after treatment were(1.33±0.25)points,(0.31±0.07)points and(0.29±0.07)points,respectively,which were lower than(1.52±0.26)points,(0.63±0.13)points,and(0.49±0.08)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.55%,which was lower than 18.18%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinically,the combined treatment of Kangfuxin liquid and Xipayi singival strengthening liquid for patients with chronic gingivitis caused by orthodontics has an exact curative effect and can effectively reduce the degree of gingival swelling,improves the oral health level,reduces the occurrence of complications,and is beneficial to the prognosis.
