摘要
目的:分析针刺结合热敏灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:2018年6月-2019年6月收治周围性面瘫患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。参照组接受常规针刺结合常规灸法治疗,研究组接受针刺结合热敏灸治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及面部神经功能评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组面部动态观评分、静态观评分和总分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用针刺结合热敏灸治疗周围性面瘫更具优势,可获取显著的临床疗效,同时也可有效改善患者临床症状。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion on peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,120 cases of patients with peripheral facial paralysis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The reference group received routine acupuncture combined with routine moxibustion.The study group received acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion.The clinical efficacy and facial nerve function scores of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dynamic view score,static view score and total score of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis has more advantages,which can not only obtain significant clinical efficacy,but also can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
