摘要
目的 探讨系统护理对面神经炎患者面神经功能、生活质量和康复效果的影响.方法 选择2018年7月-2019年12月在我院神经科治疗的90例面神经炎患者作为护理对象.采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组均为45例.对照组采取常规护理方法 ,观察组进行系统护理干预,具体包括自我按摩护理、康复训练、饮食护理和热敷护理等.护理后,从患者面神经功能评分、生活质量评分和治疗效果3方面,比较护理效果.结果 观察组神经功能评分、生活质量评分和治疗有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 系统护理可有效提高面神经炎患者的康复效果.
Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing on facial nerve function, quality of life and rehabilitation efficacy of patients with facial neuritis. Methods 90 patients with facial neuritis treated in the neurology department in our hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the nursing subjects.The patients were divided through the random number table method into the control group and the observation group,with 45 patients in each group.For the control group,methods of routine nursing were adopted,while the observation group was given the intervention of systematic nursing in the form of self-massage nursing,rehabilitation training,diet nursing and hot compress nursing,etc.After nursing,the nursing effects were compared from the three perspectives of scores of facial nerve function,scores of quality of life and treatment effect. Results The scores of facial nerve function,scores of quality of life and effective rate of treatment in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Systematic nursing can effectively improve the rehabilitation efficacy of patients with facial neuritis.
