摘要
目的探究针灸联合表情肌康复训练对周围性面瘫患者面部神经功能及症状严重程度的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2023年1月洛川县医院收治的80例周围性面瘫患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用针灸治疗,观察组采用针灸联合表情肌康复训练。比较两组的面部神经功能、症状评分、临床疗效和面肌肌电图。结果治疗前,两组House-Brackmann(H-B)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗30 d后,观察组H-B评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组神经麻痹、额纹消失、口眼歪斜、肌肉功能异常等症状评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组神经麻痹、额纹消失、口眼歪斜、肌肉功能异常等症状评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组眼轮匝肌波幅、口轮匝肌波幅比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组眼轮匝肌波幅、口轮匝肌波幅均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论周围性面瘫患者接受针灸联合表情肌康复训练,可有效减轻面部症状的严重程度,改善面部神经功能。
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with facial expression muscle rehabilitation training on facial nerve function and symptom severity of patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods Selecting 80 patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted to Luochuan County Hospital from January 2018 to January 2023 as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given acupuncture treatment,and the observation group was given acupuncture combined with facial expression muscle rehabilitation training.Compare facial nerve function,symptom scores,clinical efficacy,and facial electromyography between two groups.Results Before treatment,comparison of House-Brackmann(H-B)scores between two groups of patients,there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05);after 30 days of treatment,the H-B score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,comparison of symptom scores for nerve paralysis,disappearance of forehead lines,deviation of mouth and eyes,and abnormal muscle function between two groups of patients,there were no statistically significant differences between groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group had lower symptom scores than the control group for symptoms such as nerve paralysis,disappearance of forehead lines,deviation of mouth and eyes,and abnormal muscle function,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,Comparison of amplitude of orbicularis oculi muscle and orbicularis oris muscle between two groups,there is no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the amplitude of the orbicularis oculi muscle and the orbicularis oris muscle in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with peripheral facial paralysis receive acupuncture and moxibustion combined with facial expression muscle rehabilitation training,which can effectively reduce the severity of facial symptoms and improve facial nerve function.
