中高职自考衔接教育模式的改革探索 ——基于丽水学院学前教育人才培养的实践 被引量:1

摘要 中高职自考衔接教育,以自学考试贯通中职教育、高职教育与成人教育,通过合理嵌入课程培训、考证辅导、自考提升、素质拓展等,创新人才培养体制机制。这一改革有效解决了地方高校人才培养的一体化和多样化问题,促进了高素质技能型人才的成长,更好地为地方服务,因而获得了良好的质量效益和社会效益,体现出一定的推广价值。 The secondary and higher vocational education is characterized by self-taught examinations running through the secondary vocational,higher vocational and adult education,and it combines comprehensively course training,coaching for certificate examinations,promotion in academic qualifications and quality-oriented education,and,hence innovates the system and mechanism of talent development.The innovation will solve effectively the problems of integration and diversification of talent training,facilitate the cultivation of high-end technical talents and better serve the local development,so as to obtain good quality and social benefits.This paper also suggests the promotional significance of the new educational model.
