摘要
岗课赛证融通育人是提升高职教育成效的关键途径。以计算机应用技术专业为例,分析了高职院校岗课赛证融通育人存在的育人目标与产业发展融合不深、课程建设与职业岗位对接不足、教学实践与技能竞赛结合不够、课程标准与等级证书匹配不足等问题。据此,从产教融合,建设岗课赛证融通育人体系;分层教学,优化岗课赛证融通育人方式;师资建设,强化岗课赛证融通育人质量;健全评价,提升岗课赛证融通育人效果等方面,提出具体的岗课赛证融通育人策略。
The integrated education of post-course-competition-certificate is a key way to improve the effectiveness of higher vocational education.Taking the computer application technology major as an example,this paper analyzes the problems such as the insufficient integration of education objectives and industrial development,deficient connection of curriculum construction and vocational positions,insufficient collaboration of teaching practice and skill competition,and insufficient matching of curriculum standards and grade certificates in higher vocational colleges.Accordingly,this article proposes specific strategies for the integrated education of post,course,competition and certificate:to construct a comprehensive education system for the integrated education of posts,courses,competitions and certificates by the integration of industry and education;to optimize the methods for the integrated education of positions,courses,competitions and certificates by layered teaching;to improve the quality of the integrated education of positions,courses,competitions and certificates by strengthening the construction of teaching staff;and to enhance the effectiveness of the integrated education of positions,courses,competitions and certificates by establishing a sound evaluation system.
