摘要
目的分析2018—2020年辖区内0~3岁儿童的保健相关指标情况,了解儿童生长规律,更好地为儿童保健提供依据。方法在上海市社区卫生服务信息系统中提取2018年1月1日—2020年12月31日来本单位体检的0~3岁儿童的9次体检数据,采用SPSS 22.0统计学软件及Excel 2007对数据进行分析。结果2018—2020年0~3岁儿童各体检阶段的体重比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2018—2020年体检阶段为12、30个月时的儿童身高比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着月龄的增加,0~3岁儿童的身高体重均呈上升趋势。2018—2020年的热能-蛋白营养不良、单纯性肥胖、生长迟缓检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);营养性缺铁性贫血检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2018—2020年嘉定某社区0~3岁儿童个体检阶段的身高体重总体稳定,符合生长发育的一般规律,但仍需提高儿童保健水平,以降低儿童常见病的患病率。
Objective To analyze the health care related indicators of children aged 0-3 years within the jurisdiction area,to understand the growth law of children,and to provide better basis for children's health care.Methods Data of 9 physical examination of children aged 0-3 from January 1,2018 to December 31,2020 were extracted from Shanghai community health service information system.SPSS 22.0 statistical software and Excel 2007 were used to analyze the data.Results There was no significant difference in children's weight at all physical examination stages from 2018 to 2020(P>0.05),and there was significant difference in the height at 12 and 30 months from 2018 to 2020(P<0.05).With the increase of months,the height and weight of children showed an upward trend.There were no significant differences among the detection rates of heat-protein malnutrition,simple obesity and growth retardation from 2018 to 2020(P>0.05),while the detection rates of nutritional iron deficiency anemia were significantly different from 2018 to 2020(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall level of the weight and height of children aged 0-3 within a community of Jiading are stable and conform to the laws of growth and development from 2018 to 2020,but the standard of health care of children still needs to be improved for reducing the prevalence of common nutritional diseases in children.
