摘要
目的:通过分析《医学衷中参西录》方剂篇中含有当归的方剂,探讨张锡纯应用当归的特色。方法:选取《医学衷中参西录》方剂篇八卷中所载含有当归的方剂,构建临证方药数据库,运用SPSS Statistics 24.0和IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对其药物类别、性味归经、配伍用药进行数据整理及统计。结果:本研究共纳入27首方剂,涉及66味中药,用药总频次184次,方剂剂型有24首汤剂、2首丸剂和1首散剂。治疗病证以女科疾病为主,其次为气血郁滞所致肢体疼痛病证;在药物功效分类上,补虚药配伍使用率最高,占41.85%,其次为活血化瘀药,占23.91%,且与当归配伍次数最多的药物为黄芪;温性药在药性配伍中频率最高,占55.98%,甘味药在药味配伍频率中最高,为33.87%,脾经在归经的配伍频率最高,为24.70%。结论:张锡纯配伍当归多取其补血活血、调养脏腑之效;巧伍气药,气血兼顾,补而不滞;组方以补血活血、和血祛风、润肠通便为主,治法多样。
Objective:To explore the characteristics of ZHANG Xichun’s application of Danggui(Angelicae sinensis Radix)by analyzing the prescriptions containing Danggui in Records of Chinese Medicine with Reference to Western Medicine.Methods:The prescriptions containing Danggui were selected from the eight volumes of prescription study of Records of Chinese Medicine with Reference to Western Medicine to construct the database of clinical prescriptions and medicines.The data of medicinal categories,property,flavor,channel tropism,compatibility and medication were analyzed by SPSS Statistics 24.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.Results:A total of 27 prescriptions were included in this study,involving 66 traditional Chinese medicines.The total frequency of medication was 184 times.The prescriptions included twenty-four decoctions,two pills and one powder.Gynecological diseases are the main treatment syndromes,followed by limb pain due to qi and blood stagnation.In terms of classification of medicinal effects,the application rate of medicinals for tonifying deficiency was the highest,reaching 41.85%,followed by medicinals for activating blood and resolving stasis,accounting for 23.91%.The medicine with the most compatibility with Danggui is Huangqi(Astragali Radix).The highest compatibility frequency of medicinal property is warm medicine,accounting for 55.98%;the highest compatibility frequency of medicinal flavor is sweet medicine,33.87%;the highest compatibility frequency of channel tropism is spleen meridian,24.70%.Conclusions:ZHANG Xichun used Danggui to nourish blood,promote blood circulation and nourish the internal organs.The combination with medicine for moving qi treats both qi and blood without stagnation.The prescriptions are mainly to nourish blood,promote blood circulation,harmonize blood,expel wind,and moisten intestines to relieve constipation,with various treatment methods.
