摘要
目的:分析新安医家治疗痹病中含桂枝方剂的用药规律,为桂枝的临床应用提供参考。方法:以历代新安医家典籍为基础,构建《新安医学痹病文献数据库》,筛选新安医家治疗痹病中含桂枝的方剂,以SPSS clementine 11.1、Liquorice等软件为工具,对纳入的中药进行统计和分析。结果:在纳入的110首方剂中用药频数前三的中药分别为桂枝、甘草、茯苓,药性前三分别为温、微温、平,药味前三分别为淡、甘、苦,归经前三分别为肺经、脾经、心经,新安医家治疗痹病常将桂枝与白芍、防己、白术、当归相配伍,桂枝、甘草、当归、防风、白芍、生姜、茯苓、白术、防己、苦杏仁为新安医家治疗痹病的核心方。结论:通过关联分析和复杂网络分析总结了桂枝治疗痹病的用药规律,筛选出新安医家治疗痹病的核心方,为桂枝的临床应用开拓了思路。
Objective:To analyze the medication rules of prescriptions containing Cinnamomum cassia twig treating arthralgia disease in Xin’an medicine,so as to provide a reference for the clinical application of cassia twig.Methods:Based on the ancient books of Xin’an medicine,Xin’an Medical Literature Database of arthralgia Disease was built,and the prescriptions containing cassia twig in Xin’an medical treatment for arthralgia disease were screened.The selected traditional Chinese medicines were counted and analyzed by SPSS clementine11.1,Liquorice and other softwares.Results:In totally 110 selected prescriptions,Cassia twig,licorice and Poria cocos were most frequently used,the top three drug properties were Wen,Weiwen and Ping,the top three flavors were Dan,Gan and Ku,and the top three channel tropism were lung,spleen and heart meridian.In Xin’an medicine,cassia twig was often combined with Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Atractylodes macrocephala and Angelica sinensis in the treatment of arthralgia disease.The drugs in the core prescription treating arthralgia disease were Cassia twig,licorice,Angelica sinensis,Fangfeng,white peony,ginger,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Fangji and bitter almond.Conclusion:Through the correlation analysis and complex network analysis,the medication rules of cassia twig in the treatment of arthralgia disease were summarized,and the core prescription in the treatment of arthralgia disease was selected.The paper provides new ideas for the clinical application of cassia twig.
