摘要
城中村是我国特有的城市形态,它不仅是一个城市发展的缩影,同时也埋藏着城市特殊的历史文化气息与历史文化遗产,是我国历史文化遗产保护中不可忽视的重要组成部分。当前,随着城市的发展,城中村在其发展和演变的过程中也常常产生一系列的社会问题,一直被视为城市"疤痕",成为推土机下的冤魂。城中村中具有价值的历史文化遗产也常常遭到破坏。在新时代新要求下需要重新审视和思考改造模式,城中村历史文化遗产作为构成历史文化遗产保护体系的重要部分,保护工作刻不容缓。文章首先对"文化传承"的提出及理论进行了研究,认为其包含保护、传承和发展三方面的内涵,是保护遗产、继承文脉和推动城市发展的重要手段;其次将"文化传承"相关理念运用到城中村改造当中,提出了从保护、传承、发展三个层面的"3+3+6"内容体系;最后以西安保留有历史文化遗产的城中村为研究对象,以建构文化传承体系为手段初步探索城中村的改造方向,在保证城市发展、解决城中村问题的同时,保护历史文化遗产,实现文脉的传承,留住乡愁。
The village in the city is a unique urban form in China.It is not only a microcosm of the development of a city,but also contains the city's special historical and cultural atmosphere and historical and cultural heritage.It is an important component that cannot be ignored in the protection of China historical and cultural heritage.At present,with the development of the city,a series of social problems have also arisen in the process of development and evolution in the city,which has been regarded as the"scar"of the city and has become the soul of the bulldozer.The valuable historical and cultural heritage in urban villages is often destroyed.Under the new requirements of the new era,we need to re-examine and think about the transformation model.As an important part of the historical and cultural heritage protection system,the protection of the historical and cultural heritage of the villages in the city cannot be delayed.The paper first studies the proposal and theory of"cultural inheritance"and believes that it contains three connotations of protection,inheritance and development.This is an important means to protect heritage,inherit cultural heritage and promote urban development.Secondly,the concept of"cultural inheritance"is applied to the transformation of urban villages,and the"3+3+6"content system is proposed from the three levels of protection,inheritance,and development.Finally,the paper takes the urban villages in Xi'an preserved with historical and cultural heritage as the research object,and uses the construction of a cultural inheritance system as a means to initially explore the transformation direction of the urban villages.We need to protect the historical and cultural heritage,realize the inheritance of cultural heritage,and retain homesickness while ensuring urban development and solving the problem of urban villages.
