摘要
以广州市天河区石牌村为例,分析了中国当前“城中村”社区文化的特点:传统农村文化、现代都市文化与外来文化等多元文化的冲突与融合,以冲突为主。然后,分析了文化冲突对城中村改造的障碍,并从文化角度提出了城中村的改造策略:保护与建设相结合;本地人与外来人共享文化资源,共建和谐社区;利用文化古迹,发展社区旅游业;加强社区培训与教育,构建学习型社区。
The article analyses the cultural characteristics of the village in city： the conflict and the fusion among the traditional countryside culture, the modem urban culture and the external culture. Then, the article studies the obstacle of cultural conflict to the village construction in the city. Finally the authors put forward the reconstruction strategy from the cultural angle ： combine the protection and the construction, let the native inhabitant and non - native population share the cultural resource, construct a harmonious community, develop community tourism, and constrast the learning community.
