人力资源协同管理下的HR三支柱构建

摘要 当前,人力资源是促进我国发展的核心动力之一,各企业在面对日益激烈的市场竞争时必须考虑对自身的人力资源进行合理开发和应用。企业必须明确自身人力资源管理的现状,加强人才战略的落实,做好人力资源的协同发展和队伍建设,进而更好地提高企业的发展能力。基于此,论文主要探讨企业人力资源管理工作的具体内容,分析HR三支柱的构建,探讨具体的人力资源协同管理对策,以期为相关人员提供参考。 At present,human resources are one of the core driving forces to promote the development of China.In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,various enterprises must consider the reasonable development and application of their own human resources.Enterprises must make clear the current situation of their own human resources management,strengthen the implementation of talent strategy,do a good job in the collaborative development of human resources and team construction,so as to better improve the development ability of enterprises.Based on this,the paper mainly discusses the specific content of human resources management work in enterprises,analyzes the construction of HR three pillars,and discusses specific collaborative management countermeasures of human resources,so as to provide a reference for relevant personnel.
