摘要
                
                    通过剖析公立医院传统人力资源管理困境,引入“三支柱”概念至公立医院人力资源管理体系,从组织架构、任务目标与模块分工3个方面,构建与医院管理适配的“类三支柱”模式。能有效规避传统人力资源管理的弊端,促进人力资源管理的专业化、流程化、精细化转型。使医院的人力资源管理部门从事务型工作中“解脱”出来,以专业化视角和手段驱动医院长效发展。
                
                By analyzing the dilemma of traditional human resource management in public hospitals,the concept of“Three Pillars”is introduced into human resource management system of public hospitals,and a“Similar Three Pillars”model which suitable for hospital management is constructed from three aspects:organizational structure,task objectives and module division of labor.The disadvantages of traditional human resource management are effectively avoided,and the specialization,processize and refined transformation of human resource management are promoted.The human resource management department of the hospital is“liberated”from transactional work,so as to drive long-term development of the hospital by the perspective and means of specialization.
