摘要
语言应急服务是社会语言学研究的主要内容。对西安市公交车、出租车、网约车等地面公共交通的疫情防控语言服务现状进行实地调查,发现西安市公共交通领域把疫情防控放在十分重要的位置,但地面公共交通应对新冠疫情语言服务多涉及视觉媒介,较少关注听觉媒介;缺少应对新冠疫情的双语服务;司乘人员应对新冠疫情的语言服务初有成效但还有不足之处。大部分乘客愿意配合地面公共交通疫情防控语言要求,并对其提出了一些期待和要求。对此,应制定统一的疫情防控方式,提升司乘人员防控意识及服务能力,建立监督机制,完善地面公共交通语言服务体系。
The language emergency service is a main content of sociolinguistic research.A field investigation is done on the status of language services for prevention and control of the epidemic in public transport on the ground,such as buses,taxis and online car-hailing vehicles in Xi'an.The prevention and control of epidemic situation is very important in the field of public transport in Xi'an.However,the service in Xi'an is more related to the visual media,rather than the audio media,and fails to respond to the bilingual services.There has been somewhat effective while some rough edges still exists.Most passengers are willing to cooperate with the language requiements of grourd public transport epidemic prevention and control,and put forward some expectations and requirements for it.In order to prevent and control the epidemic situation in Xi'an,we should formulate a unified epidemic prevention and control mode,improve the prevention and control awareness and service ability of drivers and passengers,establish a supervision mechanism,and improve the ground public transport language service system.
