摘要
基于对江苏省常州市21位幼儿园园长的深度访谈,根据幼儿园教师教育所包含的职前教育、入职培训、职后发展阶段要求,对五年制专科层次幼儿园教师应具备的能力进行了分解,构建了五年制专科层次幼儿园教师的理想能力结构,包含基础能力、专业胜任能力和发展能力三大方面,其中每一方面又包含若干维度。基于此,提出五年制专科层次幼儿园教师的能力提升策略:明确各阶段能力目标,开发能力课程群;推动多学科融合,凸显学前教育理论;实施情境性教学,教学方式开放化;构建三维评价指标,教学评价多元化。
Based on the in-depth interviews with 21 kindergarten directors in Changzhou City,Jiangsu Province,according to the requirements of pre service education,entry training and post service development stage of kindergarten teacher education,this paper decomposes the competence that five-year junior college kindergarten teachers should have,and constructs the ideal competence structure of kindergarten teachers from five-year vocational college,which includes basic ability,professional ability and development ability,and each aspect contains several dimensions.Based on this,this paper puts forward promotion strategies of kindergarten teachers from five-year vocational college,including clearing the ability target of each stage and develop the ability curriculum group;promoting the integration of multi disciplines and highlight the theory of preschool education;implementing situational teaching and open teaching methods;construct three-dimensional evaluation index and diversify teaching evaluation.
