摘要
高校大型仪器设备开放共享是提高学校资源利用率、服务社会和企业科研的重要举措。开放共享率低、管理体系不完善、管理人员和保障资金不足、奖惩机制不健全,是当前高校大型仪器设备开放共享中存在的主要问题。江苏理工学院通过建设开放共享管理体系、加强开放实验室的集约化管理、探索市场化的开放共享机制、建设校级大型仪器设备开放共享平台等举措,有力地推动了大型仪器设备开放共享事业的发展。
Open sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities is an important measure to improve the resource utilization rate,serve the society and develop enterprise scientific research.Nowadays,the main problems of the open sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment are the low open sharing rate,imperfection of the management system and reward and punishment mechanism,shortages of equipment managers and security fund.Thus,the measures were implemented in Jiangsu University of Technology,such as construction of open-sharing management system,intensive management of open laboratory,exploration of marketization mechanism and the open sharing platform construction of university-level,which strongly promotes the open sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment.
